Novalis Biotech Announces Acquisition of Doc.ai by Sharecare
Doc.ai one of the first investments in Novalis Biotech Incubation Fund
Ghent, Belgium, January 29, 2021 – Novalis Biotech, an early stage venture capital investor in technologies to revolutionize healthcare, announced today that portfolio company doc.ai, a Silicon Valley-based company accelerating digital transformation in healthcare, has entered an agreement to be bought by Sharecare.
